Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice surroundings, location was good

Roof top bar noise until 11.00pm every night. This doesn’t go well when you are getting up at 3.45am for your balloon pickup. Revellers were also partying after the bar shut in our courtyard until 12.00pm.

The location is very convenient for getting to the center, the facilities are clean, and the staff are very approachable and helpful.

The eagle-shaped bed frame takes up a lot of space in the room, and the sides are poorly designed—they might scratch your legs when you get out of bed. A more decent bed frame would avoid these issues.

Room gave a cave like vibe. The staff was helpful and breakfast was good. WiFi was fast and there was a big terrace to watch ballon’s in morning

The overview doesn’t show that hotel is at some height from the Main Street though the walk is under 10 minutes. Hot water runs short in evening

Posizione molto buona sopraelevata rispetto al centro di Goreme, a ridosso dei camini delle fate e vicina al punto panoramico se si vuole avere una vista ancora più ampia. Bella terrazza e struttura in generale. Parcheggio appena fuori dalla struttura. Personale gentile e che sa fornire tutte le informazioni sulle attrattive del posto e sui servizi forniti.

Camera un pò sotto le aspettative, la nostra non sembrava una vera cave suite ed era piuttosto spartana rispetto alla bellezza delle parti comuni. Bagno cieco. Colazione molto varia come prodotti salati e locali, un pò scarsa per la parte dolce ed europea in generale..

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect, especially being able to see the hot air balloons in the early morning. The hotel was also close to many restaurants, which made everything very convenient and extremely easy to decided on what we wanted to eat that day. The property itself was beautiful and had a lively atmosphere during the day, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and refreshing.
