Very helpful hosts, a fantastic view of the castle, a great verandah with swinging chairs and a canopy where you can spend hours in the evening relishing the view. 5 minutes' walk from the castle entrance. Marvelous food arranged by the hosts, with homemade sweets

This stunning location boasts an incredible vantage point, offering the best view of the city that I've ever seen. It truly is exceptional. The staff member at check-in was incredibly friendly, making the experience even more welcoming. The space itself is uniquely designed, radiating originality and comfort, which made my stay all the more enjoyable! I totally recommend this place to anyone.

The two men we met who were taking care of the room were friendly, warm, and very helpful. The view from the room on the third floor towards the castle is incredible, and there is a lovely breeze at night. There was plenty of space - a huge king size bed and a single bed. There was a fridge and freezer, which had been stocked with some snacks and drinks - all gratis. There was, air con (though we didn't use it), and the organisers had provided hand soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, and so many other little things that you might need. The terrace is really large and has lots of outdoor seating - great for having dinner and drinks outside. We went for breakfast at a restaurant in the town, just a few minutes walk away and this was fantastic. Everyone in Karak who we met was lovely and friendly.

The room is a tent and it's close to the road, so it is quite noisy at night with dogs barking and traffic. There is a very slight residual smell of smoke which may have been from previous visitors using the terrace. The room itself, the bathroom, and the stairwell leading to the room do not have a wholly professional feel, but they were all clean and tidy and a lot of heartfelt hard work has gone into the design and finish of everything.
