Loved the area/farm, beautiful, just out of town, peaceful

Lovely little rondavel and super comfortable bed! Nice fenced garden, ideal when bringing your dogs. Pity about the rain while we were there!

Tranquility and peace at your door

I love the fact that it’s on a farm and is very quiet. I saw beautiful animals and I saw the national Blue Crane. Beautiful sightings. It was a raining week, however I was able to drive out even in a small car (Kia Rio 2019). I enjoyed my quiet time there. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a quiet place but very intimate then this is the one. I’ll be back again soon for the lovely waterfalls.

They could have installed the pipe on a dryer day. But there’s nothing not to like especially if you enjoy the farm setting that’s very quiet and intimate. Other than that I loved the place.

Beautiful location, quiet, and private on a country road. Plenty of windows, seating, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water. Covered parking area. Responsive hosts.

It was self catering so no breakfast was offered. The setting and private garden is lovely, the rondavel itself was a nice size and catered for all one's needs. Best shower ever!

The farm road to get there was a bit pot holed but really not an issue. It was a strange to deal with the host remotely via Whatsapp, I assume she lived next door. Maybe a brief introduction would have been a bit more friendly? But also not a huge problem.
