This is the most horrible experience for my bookings on booking.com, they had advertised as 2.8 Kms from beach, which is wrong they are actually 22 kms away from Kanyakumari and 30 kms away from the beach, when questioned about this, they claim to say that as I customer, I should check that they are actually 30 kms away from the beach, they have charged me 2300 for a service that was horrible, lifts don't work, there is restaurants near by, there are no food availability in this hotel, It's a horrible experience, Booking.com should stop encouraging such fraudulent hotels from conducting business on their platform, Especially Sandhya and Vicky are not even human beings, I am informing that my wife is suffering from fever, all they were worried was that I should pay and check out.

Staff was polite. But there was only one staff. It looked like the place had no visitors.

Room was unclean and not ready when we arrived.

Very neat and tidy place.. but this is located on the other side of the nagarkoil junction railway station.. bed can be more comfortable.. I liked the stay..
