Lokalizacja idealna, pyszne jedzenie w dobrych cenach w restauracji, super pomocny i przyjazny personel, przestronny pokój.

Zapach grzyba w pokoju, grzyb na suficie w łazience, wysoka wilgoć w pokoju, bardzo wysokie ceny napojów alkoholowych w restauracji i barze, zakaz spożywania własnych ( niezakupionych w hotelu) napojów ( nawet wody) w pokoju pod groźbą kary finansowej to samo dotyczy przekąsek, odpadające płytki na chodnikach przy plaży, pozamykane zejścia z terenu hotelu na plażę, śmieci na plaży

"Overall we had a lovely time staying in Damai."

Our room had a lovely sea view with a super king size bed. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options from the buffet table to the eggs and noodle station.

The room have a bit of a damp smell. The room could do a deep clean and the curtain needs to be changed. The balcony door needs to be fixed. It was stuck. The mini fridge could be fixed too - it wasn't cold enough. In room dining could do with more options or variety. The car park is located at the entrance of the resort which is not far but if have a stroller/wheelchair, just bear that in mind. Drop off at reception area and then park the car. The staff can collect and drop you off to the carpark with a buggy.

Leider wie oft in Malaysia, vieles schon abgenutzt und teilweise Schimmelspuren an den Vorhängen, der Tapete, Ecken im Bad

Personel był bardzo miły, śniadania smaczne i różnorodne. Przepiękny widok z okna. Pokój wygodny i czysty.

Hotel wydaje się pracować jak w martwym sezonie, żadnych atrakcji dla gości, bar w hotelu zamknięty, na plaży niedostępne koktajle. W pokoju czekała na nas wiadomość o zakazie spożywania czegokolwiek (nawet wody) kupionego poza hotelem - pod wysoką karą. Byłoby to może zrozumiałe w hotelu z all inclusive, ale nie w sytuacji braków w usługach i personelu. Szkoda, bo hotel ma naprawdę ogromny potencjał - piękne położenie i dobre zaplecze.
