A very big apartment- bigger than I expected- with well-equipped kitchen (although a chopping board would be a plus), nice and clean bathroom, balconies, cosy living room - it made our stay in Fara SM very comfortable. Very close to everything but at the same time a quiet location. Very hospitable owners, prompt communication, they met us in person and even gave us a local speciality- De Cecco pasta. We hope to be back and will recommend the place to our friends.

It's not that we didn't like something, just a couple of tips for the owners. The hot water was not warm enough, perhaps the boiler was set too low, it might be worth setting the temperature higher in winter (guests don't have access to the boiler so can't change it themselves). The wifi didn't work in the evening (connected but without Internet access). I noticed it started working in the morning but we didn't need it then. The toilet seat might need replacing: it's unstable and might cause an accident.
