"Good for short stay."

Property was on good location , near the see and city center. Studio is furnished with lot of taste and equipped with everything you need ( coffee, sugar, coffee maker, toaster, iron...)

We except ground floor during the reservation, but everything around ground balcony was mass. Lot of garbage in the next yard, balcony of old and massy apartment behind you.. bad small in the building hall.. That's a small thing which can bothering. Anyway , for 3 nights we spent a good time

The apartment is very cozy, well-equipped, with everything you need to enjoy your stay close to Perea beach. The communication with our host was amazing, we got quick and helpful responses. The area is surrounded by many restaurants, mini/super markets, bakeries, bars etc, all of these within a few minutes by walking. We can definitely recommend it and may stay there one day again.

The wifi connection was a bit unstable and slow. (just mentioning in case you want to work from there, it would be just fine in case of staying there in vaccation mood :)
