Place was a bomb, no clean sheets, no pillows, used razors and open cigarettes in bathtub, dirty showers, dirty toilets, place was a bomb

I strongly advise extreme caution with this accommodation. I arrived in Malta with a valid and confirmed reservation, only to discover that the key box was empty and there was no way to access the apartment. After travelling and arriving at the property, it was absolutely unacceptable to find myself locked out without any immediate solution. As a result, I had to urgently arrange alternative accommodation on my own, which caused unnecessary stress, uncertainty, disruption to my plans, and additional complications. Communication from the owner throughout the entire situation was extremely poor and, in my view, unacceptable. In a situation like this, any guest would reasonably expect at least an active effort to resolve the issue, provide information, or show basic concern for the guest’s wellbeing. None of that happened. Throughout the entire incident, the owner did not even make the effort to contact me to ask whether I was okay, whether I had managed to find alternative accommodation, or whether I needed any assistance. I consider this approach completely unprofessional and lacking basic human consideration, especially when a guest has been left without accommodation in a foreign country. Booking.com later confirmed to me in writing that the original accommodation was unable to host me. This was not a minor inconvenience or a cosmetic issue. It was a complete failure to provide the most basic service that had already been properly booked and confirmed. For any traveller, especially after arriving in a foreign country, this kind of situation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about reliability, organisation, and the treatment of guests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

The apartment would have been nice but it has not been looked after and is in a terrible state

We had to leave the property because there was a cockroach infestation. Other issues included: -toilet leaking / flush not working -Strong smell of mould, visible damp issues all over the property -wifi not working -no pillow cases on arrival in one of the 2 rooms It's worth noting that though these issues were raised with booking.com (as well as the host) and we paid for additional accommodation through booking.com, they refused to refund us even with photos sent as proof. This does defeat the point of using a host website like booking.com

The apartment was nothing like the pictures. Upon arrival, it was dirty, humid, and infested with cockroaches and even rats. The kitchen utensils were unusable, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. We arrived late at night and even had to wait outside for an hour because we didn’t get the keys on time. We couldn’t sleep there the first night because of the smell and hygiene conditions. The owner admitted the situation and promised a 30% refund, but never followed through. Booking.com confirmed the issue and granted a small travel credit, but no actual refund was made. For the price paid, this was far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend Booking.com to review this listing and verify its conditions before allowing new guests to book.

Peccato che non sia tenuto bene l’appartamento basterebbe poco, migliorare la pulizia e almeno la carta nei bagno da fare trovare.

Étant avec une bande de jeunes, je peux dire qu'en terme d'emplacement, c'était parfait. À deux pas des lieux de sorties...facile d'accès, hyper bien situé, donc.

Attention à la climatisation, si on ne la coupe pas, l'eau coule partout (armoire et sur la terrasse) Ne pas oublier sa prise pour Malte. La TV ne fonctionnait pas et internet (Wifi) très capricieux.
