The room itself was of fair and clean standard.

Unfortunately, i left feeling very deflated following my stay. We never feel the need to complain, however after waiting almost 45 minuets to get checked in, we went up to our room to discover i paid nearly £100 to stay in a room which was advertised at £33 on the day. Had we paid this i may have felt more satisfied with the stay. The price did not meet the standard of this hotel and feel we paid well over the odds for the service and amenities we received. I would kindly request a refund as a gesture of good will to restore our faith in the hotel and the time consumed waiting to get into the room, which did in fact make us late for reservations we had made elsewhere.

Friendly & helpful staff. Overall a good comfy first time hotel exlerience.

Bit of a Stale/wee smell in room but once opened windows & sprayed.. It was fine. Didnt no how to use shower. Tv kept saying no connection.

Absolutely nothing

The African staff member at reception was very rude an doesn't know how to treat people in general let alone customers he should be removed from his job immediately sad depressed look on his face is not what a customer wants to ser at the start of there stay. The hotel in generall is scruffy the pillows are as thick as a a4 bit of paper the bed was really uncomfortable I will never go back here me and my partner was kept awake by next door having a party coming an going all night long STAY CLEAR
