Room was beautiful

Location, too much going on university rooms, two receptions and lifts that dont take you to your exact floor. Paid for.late check in still house keepinf knocked every hour😭

the room was quite large and the bathroom was very clean. the shower was very nice

the room was a little warm and the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room at all on the first day. but after ward, rthe temperature cooled down and i didn't hacve any problems after that

Staff very friendly. Nice food and well priced drinks.

1 of the 2 beds was poor. Mattress sunk very bad. pillows flat. And stains on the bottom of bed stand..

Hotel was booked because it was just 15 minutes walk from Salford Royal Hospital for a medical procedure. Superb value, clean comfortable room, lovely and helpful staff. Extra night booked had to be cancelled and refund no problem.Couldn't fault it.
