Loved the quiet location, place is clean

Limited water and lack of communication

Just one point, at about 8am i asked where can we get coffee, well, i never got a reply.

There was no water, I had to call reception everyday regarding water not being available.

How clean and neat the place was

In the room that we where in there was no hot water can even boil hot water because the face bath drain the water even when it was seal it still drain the water it cost as to go to a friends house to take a bath and that made as late for our service at church.card machine keep on declining my card and the staff member was not very help full so I have to ask here to call someone and we did sort it out.on our arrival ons of the staff member alert as that the water was of did not even try to make contact with us by alerting as of the problem and come prepared.on arrive she have no idea of us coming le Rubis is a very good place and will recommend any to book there stay at your guest house but me I was understanding but I don't think someone else would handle the situation like I did and lastly we struggle to connect to the WiFi
