The apartment has a good view of the sea & swimming pool. Stairs to go down to the beach are located just in front of the property. Walking out takes you directly to the boardwalk leading to Ponta da Piedade. It is an easy walk to downtown. Or when feeling lazy, not expensive to catch an Uber / Bolt back to the apartment. The apartment itself is well equipped. Bathroom is spacious. It can comfortably fit a family of 4 without everyone feeling like you're on top of each other. Host gave good recommendations for places to eat in town.

If arriving at night, the path to the apartment is not well lit. You may not immediately spot the apartment number. Best to provide pictures to guide guests exactly where to go. A mini trashcan in the bathroom would be welcomed, so your guests don't need to walk to the kitchen every time to discard rubbish.

Perfect location right above the beach with easy access to the boardwalk coastal trail. Walking distance to old town, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen had cookware, plates, utensils, etc. so we were able to prepare our own meals. Friendly and helpful host!

Stunning views of the ocean.

We enjoyed the large patio overlooking the pool and the ocean. Close enough to hear the waves and enjoy the sunrises. Property is connected to all the boardwalks along the Ponte da Piedade. Very spacious inside with newer kitchen and bathroom. The unit was very clean and the host was very responsive.

If you want to lounge by the pool it will cost €20 per person per day as decided by the company who independently manages it , though access to the pool itself was provided to us by our host.
