"當日入住2間，於晚上12點進房，入住前已經知道11點過後櫃檯沒有服務人員需聯絡值班人員辦理入住。第一間房間進去發現廁所的電燈不會亮，就打給值班人員，等了約10分鐘值班人員來幫我們換房間，無意間聽到員工對話說那一間浴室的燈是壞掉的，當下心想明"
