"Exceptional"

Host welcomed us in person. Everything you could need had been thought of. Location is perfect right in the edge of the old town, so near bars and restaurants and the castle. 15 minute walk to the station with trains running regularly up and down the coast. Host brought us a basket of home grown apricots and came to help us with our luggage in the last day.

Not an issue for us, but you need to be able to climb stairs.

"Lovely stay"

Lovely apartment in an excellent location in the old town close to restaurants bars shops the castle and beach. Clean and newly decorated with coffee machine and breakfast items.

Was not a problem for us but the steps up to the apartment are steep so may not be suitable for older travellers

"Barletta was great and staying in Casa Vacanza Venere made it even better."

Excellent location in the heart of the historic centre. Very lively nearby with excellent places to eat. It was also quiet and very comfortable when it was time to sleep. The apartment has been renovated is very modern and functional. The seaside was another bonus with the choice of lidos (beach clubs) or free beaches. It was our first time in Barletta and we liked it a lot. The apartment owners met us at the train station on arrival and then took us to the station when it was time to leave.
