We arrived at the facility on the 10th of January 2026, the place was horrible. 1. When we arrived at the place, we were met by a number of broken down vehicles blocking the driveway. Looked like a mini scrap yard. 2. The room was terrible a) The microwave did not work b) The air conditioner was one of those mobile units which had a broken pipe which was joined using tape. Not sure that the escaping air was healthy. c) Main double bed sounded like it would break when set on it, it did not feel like it would hold two adults. d) The mattresses of the bunk beds had indentations The bedding was dark coloured and not white like other places which in itself says a lot. 3. The fridge is a health hazard, I would not even put pet food in there. If you are hosting out of town relatives (who you do not like), then the place is fine but it is completely unacceptable for paying customers. We did not even stay there for 30 minutes, base on the terrible state of the facility and left. I managed to find alternative accomodation two streets away which was excellent for just R200 more. I feel that this is a rip-off or even scam especially since there is a no refunds policy. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the accommodation and was not even offered a partial refund. It is shameful that they can accept people's money while presenting such terrible accommodation.
