Location, pool, comfortable beds

I loved the Balinese feel. The staffs especially Ilham was very helpful and accommodating.

A 2nd air cooler would be great, and hopefully the road/pathway to the villa entrance could be improved.

Close proximity to the beach.

Black mould around the lower floor glass shower screen. The bathroom felt old hat and not clean. Very strong mothball/insecticide smell in the kitchen area and inside the kitchen cupboards. The villa needs attention, it’s tired and needs revamping and maintenance.

The guest house was minutes from the beach. It was in a quiet location away from any noise & the hustle & bustle of the main street, but within a short distance of the market, laundry services, motorcycle rental & massage. We could take a short walk to the Sugar Sand resort with its great Japanese inspired food & Double 6 rooftop bar. The friendly staff was there every day cleaning, making the beds & replenishing the towels & coffee & tea. If we had any drinks from the fridge, they were way cheaper than the market. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. All in all a great spot. Definitely would go again.

Perhaps the only negative was that the water pressure was low, especially if one of the others in our part was in their shower & down stairs was not closed in to keep the air conditioning going well.

Location was prime! The pool and open outdoor patio was lovely.

Some of the water pressure was too low and drains were clogged.

Host and privacy plus people

The house is spotless and fully furnished with all the necessary equipment. Its location is fantastic, just a 50-meter walk to Seminyak Beach and surrounded by Seminyak Street Markets, Cafes, and Restaurants. The host is exceptionally friendly.

There is no private parking available, so it's advisable to rent a motorcycle or hire a car with a driver if you stay here. There is public parking area at the back of the property. However, the location is excellent, just a 50-meter walk to Seminyak Beach, where you'll find vibrant nightlife! The water isn't well-filtered, but they provide an unlimited drinking water dispenser, which you can also use for brushing your teeth

The location was great which is close to the open sandy beach ( within a minute or so walking distance .. great for surfing .. don't miss the sunset .. you can hear the faint sound of the waves from the villa) and surrounding areas with shops around for spa, massage, food and groceries. The staff was friendly and hospitable, always there should we need anything or advice. The rooms (3 bedrooms for 6 pax fully air-conditioned) were nice and clean with separate toilets attached, perfect for family of 5 like us. We did use Grab and Gojek Apps for travel around the city and food deliveries which were excellent delivered to the villa. Nice kitchen fully equipped which we did some cooking as well. The nice pool to top it up for the kids to enjoy and the fish pond. The only regrets is so much things to do but so little time.

None
