Only that the property is on the coast by the lake.

The room smelled by humid, it was old and dirty. The staff did not care about guests, they were occupied with the computers and phones. TV remote was not working, the electricity went out...nobody did nothing. Reality was very diferent from the pictures on booking.com

It was right in the lagoon with a beautiful dock where you can swim and catch beautiful sunrises. It was affordable and the staff were really friendly. Nice outdoor landscape, kayak to use for free and hammock to relax and enjoy the day.

It was a bit far from the center of downtown so you had to walk about 3/4 mile one way or catch a taxi each time you wanted to go to the center of town. The WiFi service in our room which was a suite upstairs was non existent. There was WiFi in the common areas and reception but not in our room. The property is a little run down and could use some maintenance and touch up work.

We loved staying at Casita Maya. Staff was very nice, the garden/Lagune access is amazing and you can even cook your own simple meals.

The reception is strange ..not communicative ..nit very welcoming but the rest is perfect

They have a dog in the yard, so we could not take nice pictures becayse the dog followed us and nobody said anything ..the dog is eating everything what you leave outside in the cottage ..

The property was beautiful and located right on the lagoon. I enjoyed the over water deck as well as having use of their kayaks.

The bed linens were not comfortable at all.

Beautiful dock on the lagoon with shade and seating, close to town, and it was so peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

not much! the rooms are a bit outdated but the outside was beautiful which is where we spent most of our time.
