The location at Zeleni venac is great for easy access to the center. Room was clean and accommodating. Owner advertises various locations under same brand, but for sure Zeleni venac location cannot be considered 4 star according to the accepted standards of such rating (maybe waterfront location).

Location at Zeleni venac is part of the building that is shared with other users. Some parts of the building give bad first impression. The accommodation part looks maintained, but the floor shows issues (such as feeling empty space under some parts). Despite our arrival was announced in advance and we came within designated time period, nobody waited for us. The entrance was organized via call and code, no invoice was issued. Payment in cash, and there was even suggestion to just leave money in the room. Shows on one hand lots of trust, on the other hand also bad practice. Parking is advertised but it is public parking in the garage behind.
