There isn’t any heating despite the description, the host brought us camping heaters which is unsafe to leave on overnight. the “view” out the window is onto a carpark, the host doesn’t accept card payment and cash only which is again wrongly advertised, we have been requested by the host to pay cash only “to avoid taxes, and commissions”. Internet is cut off from around 8pm. The plugs barely works for the tv, and hangs very loose. The shower is barely warm and only a trickle, we couldn’t shower with our children during the stay at all. The balcony door is located at the bottom, so kids can easily access it and therefore completely unsafe. Upon getting to the balcony, there isn’t a handle on the door, so you are completely trapped on a balcony without any railing, it is just a roof. The door to the apartment was broken and takes at least 10 mins from to lock. We were also locked in the apartment building on 2 separate occasions. What was worse was the host kept demanding us to pay cash which we didn’t bring, because the description states card payment is accepted, he kept calling and messaging during the day, and demanding bank transfer. After which he demanded to see our bank statement as well. We had to go to the local Police to stop him from the harassment! Absolute nightmare!
