Castle Wall Cottage

Perfect cottage for my son's stay, compact but very comfortable, everything needed. Host was very quick to respond and very easy to deal with, walking distance to the town, shops, pubs, restaurants...a great little town to visit... parking is a real bonus - don't overthink the comments regarding the access, its absolutely fine.

Location was excellent and cottage was lovely. Very clean and everything you needed close by. We will come back for a few days in the summer it was that good.

Only thing that was a tad difficult was getting into the parking area as we were in a t5 camper. But as the host suggested we reversed back out. We did and it was fine.

Excellent location, very close to town but also very quiet.

Parking was a little tight, we had a bike rack on our van which made things awkward. No bike rack and could have been fine.

The location is excellent with a quick walk into the interesting town centre and castle. There are excellent restaurant and fish and chip shops. The cottage was very clean and well equipped.

The access is difficult for larger cars to the parking area. The hosts advice to reverse out is essential. The bed we found very soft and bouncy and squeaky when you move.

Lovely little cottage within walking distance of the walled town with the bonus of private parking .
