Perfect for solo traveller or backpackers, its near to restaurants, convenience stores, bus station, taxi/grab station. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is good. 1 of the reason I booked this homestay is near to UUM, because I come here to attend my daughter convocation. Easy to find restaurants. Staff is polite and friendly.

Maybe can provide a hair dryer
