Quirky and spacious

Bit tatty Not very clean Needs redecoration and then it would be perfect. Couldn't get free view TV in Sitting room.

The parking was convenient and free. There was a supermarket nearby for groceries. The en-suite was a nice surprise.

It faced a junction with traffic lights on a busy road so it is noisy. We found the front door key very difficult to use and couldn’t open the door on arrival. Owner kindly came to assist but it was not easy. You definitely need a car. No file provided with information about the area and suggestions of places to visit which is unusual. Also no info about recycling so we left our rubbish in the kitchen bin which is something we don’t like to do. There were bins numbered outside but it seemed everything went into one bin.

This was a brilliant space to stay in. It was in a great location to visit all the IronBridge museums to start with but it also has a local Morrisons and other take away spots if you didn't fancy cooking. The space was quirky, but the children thought this was the best place ever. It certainly was spacious and clean and had everything you would need in a home away from home. The host Julie was also very informative and helpful.

Spacious and some facilities were adequate.

Felt insecure, no door locks on the inside as they were taken off, first time to use my alarm door stopper. We had no heating throughout our stay, the house is large and it was very cold. We tried to find the thermostat but realised it was taken off. The boiler was in a cupboard which was screwed down so we could not help ourselves in anyway. We phoned the host Julie who tried to assist at first, she then said she was at the airport and someone would arrive in the morning, but our check out day was in the morning also. We were totally ignored thereafter and no follow up’s were taken. We couldn’t use the washing machine as the detergent draw was absolutely disgusting full of rotten detergent and mold - pictures attached Lots of large cobwebs all over the light shades. We tried to seek at least some sort of compensation as the facilities were fallen short, however the host refused.

Very Spacious, and modern. Close to shops etc a pleasant stay! If I ever go to this area again,I will stay again and recommend to friends!

The main Bedroom toilet was difficult to flush! Could have done with an information pack for guests.

It’s great value for money. It’s clean and comfortable. The showers have great water pressure. Shops are close by. The kitchens stock Tea and UHT Milk, plus a few herbs and spices etc to assist with cooking. This is unbelievably thoughtful. If you stay away in properties like this for work/ trips away regular you will understand how annoying it is having to buy even just salt when prepping your own food. The owners have thought it through and gone the extra mile. We were very happy to find tea bags when we arrived after a busy day. I’d certainly stay again and as I work a lot in Telford so I’m sure I will again soon.

I kept walking downstairs to the kitchen/ Lounge instead of Up from the bedrooms 🤣.

The location

The heater never worked and the toilet in the En-suite was really difficult to flush.
