We liked terrace in apartment. Apartment was not far away from the sea and the road to beach and back was cute. The apartment had all the necessary utensils (I'd suggest to add a new knife).

"Shower cabin" was combined with a toilet and was very small. It wasn't comfortable to use it. It also didn't have any hooks or handlers for toiletries and towels, just an empty wholes for screws. Another thing we noticed, as a single water source used for all the apartments in the building in the evening we had fluctuations with a hot water temperature, it simply became cool. Parking place is located 200-300 meters away from the apartment so it limits your expectations, I'd mention it in the apartment description as it will affect the choice decisioning.
