Na prvom spratu bez lifta, na 5 min do pešačke zone i 10 min do termi. Supermarket, pekara, kafić sve je na par koraka. Stan je svetao, prostran, topao, lepo opremljen i renoviran. Kreveti su udobni. Kuhinja solidno opremljena. Detaljna upustva vlasnika o dolasku i preuzimanju ključa, kao i dostupnost za sva pitanja. Self check - in. Bezbedan parking u dvorištu je velika prednost.

Nemamo ni jednu veliku zamerku. Bilo bi dobro da je toalet odvojen od kupatila posebno kad boravi više osoba. Malo više escajga i staklenih čaša ( ima puno plastičnih). Malo kasnija odjava ( sada je do 10h).
