Lloc encantador i tranquil. Habitació molt completa, neta i cuidada fins al detall. Esmorzar boníssim i molt generós. El noi que ho porta és encantador i sempre disposat a ajudar. Molt recomanable!

Estava tot perfecte

Un posto in mezzo al verde che dà tranquillità e relax assoluto. Inoltre, l’accoglienza, la cordialità e la disponibilità dei proprietari è stata pazzesca, tutto completato da cibo locale cucinato benissimo con ingredienti buoni e freschi. Oltre alla colazione infatti i proprietari, se richiesto, preparano anche delle cene deliziose e spunti vari sono sempre disponibili.

Essendo in mezzo alla natura, è un po’ distante dal centro di Sigiriya, ma i tuk tuk ci arrivano senza problemi - anche l’app PickMe funziona bene.

The host was the most amazing host we ever had. He and his family were super kind and helped us to organize everything. Breakfast and dinner were really very prepared, nothing less than in a very good restaurant. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable with nothing missing. The place is an oasis in the forest so we relaxed a lot hearing the sound of the birds and seeing all that green. We had probably on of the best stay in our life!

We loved the location and walking around the area to the nearby lakes and view points. Everything was close by, but we were also in our own private little jungle oasis.

Very welcoming and beautiful place. Having breakfast in the garden was a pure bliss. Communication with the owner was very smooth, and the family helped me with everything they could.

Shower arrangement wasn't convenient. The water was warm, but the pressure is little and nowhere to hang the shower head. I guess it's understandable since you're in the middle of forest.

Very much enjoyed this oasis. Such a clam and peaceful place to stay. The area is close to everything you need to do while in the area. They even made our breakfast after we came back from a sunrise hike. Area is also beautiful if you'd like to walk in the area. A lovely family that really looked after you and made you feel at home.

Holly Flowers Villa is definitely the nicest place I have stayed at so far during my travels in Sri Lanka. Very impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me these days. Service was excellent, a huge delicious breakfast was served outdoors on the patio, in front of my private cottage each morning. A great way to start the day. The host was friendly, informative, and had a good sense of humor. He took care of my every need. Actually, the entire family was extremely pleasant. The setting is gorgeous, in a peaceful area surrounded by trees, flowers and other tropical plants. It's less than a ten minute walk to the bus stop. I opted to rent a bike for one day, takes about 20 minutes to reach Sigiriya, if you feel like getting some exercise. The resort made all the arrangements, and provided me with a new bicycle for an extremely reasonable rate. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great when needed. Also had an endless supply of hot water. Highly recommend Holly Flowers Villa, you won't be disappointed!

What can i say, I think we were quite problematic guests 😅 we had some bumps during our trip there, but with amazing patience of the owner he managed to overcome this! everything in this place is just amazing, lovely breakfast, very kind and understanding owner and super clean house!

Just really slow wifi, but comparing to other places in Sri Lanka it was at least working 😂

The property is very well located in Sigiriya, close by tuktuk / car to all necessary places, but still so that you can enjoy the Sri Lankan nature. We were able to walk by near by lakes and elephant view point to see more of surrounding areas and nature, and take a boat ride on the lake. Villa is a standalone villa which is very nice and clean. Kuta and his family took very good care of us, offering recommendations and preparing food for us, very hospitable! Really enjoyed our stay here in Sigiriya!

Nothing really, great price to value ratio.
