DEDie Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Bick in einen Garten mit Oleander. Der Blick aus der Wohnküche führt auf des Messegelände mit seinen futuristischen Bauwerken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Bahnhof gelegen, die Altstadt lässt sich gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichen.
