Exceeded expectations, very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay. The owner, Kakha, was very welcoming, friendly, and a wealth of information. He helped me with my trip plans. He contacted me regularly before I arrived to make sure I knew how to find his guesthouse. He sent photographs of the property and location to guide me. He even called me to verify everything. When I arrived, he was there to greet me. The hotel is located right by the port and a few minutes from Batumi Boulevard. Since the rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floor depending on where you are from, you have a wonderful view of the Black Sea. The balcony view is even better, along with the cool sea breeze. The whole hotel is immaculate. My room was very nice. Very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good size refrigerator. And AC. Location is very good. Batumi Boulevard begins a few minutes by walking. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bus stop right out front that goes directly to the main train and bus station, about 10 minutes away. If I make it back to Batumi I will definitely stay here. It's rare to find such a beautiful location, a great hotel and a host that treats you like family.

The manager Mr Kakha, coordinated with me before the trip and sent me pictures of the hotel, the route, and the entrance door code. When we arrived, he was so friendly and we talked a lot during our stay. It has a huge terrace where you can enjoy the view from the front. The whole building is very old and the rooms are on the third floor. But the rooms have been renovated and are very desirable. There are many restaurants and cafes around it.

I would give 5 stars to hotel. Clean and really comfortable rooms. Service is incredibly nice, you will feel Georgian hospitality there. view from my room and hotel balcony was so exotic and unbelievably beautiful.
