Just Renovated - Hotel Krishna Palace With Parking & 2 Mins Walk from Metro

אין שום קשר בין הפרסום של המלון למה שיש במציאות. הזמנו 2 חדרים עם מרפסת נוף לגן עם מיני בר וקומקום. מצאנו מלון שאין בו אף מרפסת ובטח שאין נוף לגן ולא מיני בר או קומקום חשמלי. קיבלנו חדר מלוכלך ללא חלון ולאחר ויכוח נתנו חדר אחד עם חלון, חדר מזוהם בתוספת תשלום מזומן במקום. הגענו ל 24 שעות בחצות אחרי טיסה ויצאנו למוחורת אחרי חצות לטיסה חזרה. כך שלא הייתה אפשרות לחפש משהו אחר לא ראוי לבני אדם.

At first, I thought the hotel was okay. However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. While the room itself was acceptable, the floor did not seem properly cleaned, and the hallway outside had visible piles of garbage, which made the environment feel quite dirty. It was also misleading to describe the hotel as renovated. It appeared that only the entrance and perhaps a few rooms had been updated, while the rest of the property did not reflect this claim. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay. I was repeatedly told it would be available “in 15 minutes,” but it never came. After long travels, a hot shower is not a luxury but a basic expectation. For this reason, I requested a partial refund, as I do not believe €26 is reasonable for a room -in India- without hot water. My request was declined, and I did not receive an apology. Additionally, I was asked to check out at 10 AM, which felt quite early for a hotel in this price range. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
