The traffic was quite noisy - it took a bit of getting used to - maybe eAr plugs would be a good idea?
ZAZAThis was like a home away from home. Clean, spacious, cool, and peaceful. It is directly across the road from the stadium and 3 minutes walk from a string of lovely restaurants and breakfast spots. If you did want to cook in the apartment though, everything you need is in the cupboard, including an array of spices. The owner has thought of everything.

USThis apartment was perfect for our family of four. We wanted a great location in a safe, walkable neighborhood, proximity to shops and attractions, parking space, and the ability to do laundry (we were on a long vacation). The apartment was comfortable and very nicely decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the owner thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with essentials like coffee, milk, various teas, and (a rare treat for us): mangoes! The owner also owns the deli on the ground floor, which was a great source for groceries and precooked meals. Communication with the owner was very easy (WhatsApp). I would definitely stay in this place again!
The only con was street noise, but we got used to it. It's the price one pays for a great location.

ZA1) Great location. It is a short run to the gym through Green Point Park and there are a lot of great food options downstairs. Uber takes less than 2 min to arrive! 2) It's well-cleaned and has all the amenities we need. 3) Fast Wi-Fi, we were working remotely and had no problem on work calls. 4) Contactless check-in and check-out. Giovanni is very responsive and we had no issues with checking in/out.
Because of the (great) location, it could be a bit noisy for light sleepers.
ZAAbsolutely loved our stay here. When we come to Cape Town again, I would love to come back. I absolutely recommend it. Everything is wonderful, of high quality, and central to everywhere we wanted to go

ZAGiovanni is a lovely host. Friendly and helpful. Very quick responses. The apartment is stunning, well decorated, so spacious and very generously equipped. The balcony was my favourite spot to enjoy some sun and the delicious smelling food from downstairs. Wifi worked very well. I felt very safe and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Nice big shower was such a bonus. Overall very impressed - such a gem
