The place is very cozy and the staff is extremely helpful. It's placed on a small island, not crowded at all, so would be good for people who search for a relaxed place. At the same time there are options to make a trip to other islands, shark point and ship wreck. A cool bright parrot lives on the territory of the guesthouse and is absolutely adorable.

I would have more food options in the menu as there is no any other place to eat on the island. but any way all was delicious. keep in mind no shower stuff. for me wasn't an issue.

Location is outstanding and so beautiful - I could never come to the Maldives and not stay at Tranquil Nest. Acho the manager is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble, Simmi’s delicious food - all the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is outstanding and the relaxed atmosphere and location makes this a must to visit. Room with a sea view with en-suite bathroom was all that is needed. Meeting like minded visitors who value the remoteness and privilege of being in such a wonderful spot.

Extremely friendly staff, caring and welcoming. Beautiful location and amazing excursions! Good food quality. The local people are very helpful and lovely. If you are looking for the ideal place to recharge your batteries: this is it! Truly a hidden gem inmidst the Indian ocean.

Quite and isolated island to forget about literally everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice excursion to the shipwreck. One evening we had a sudden barbecue with freshly caught fish which was fantastic.

The water smells awful, I was forced to breathe through my mouth while taking a shower to avoid smelling this scent. There is no room service at all: no one cleans your room, no one changes bed linen or towels, and you even need to ask for a fresh roll of toilet paper each time you run out of it. BTW, the toilet paper is the only thing you get with the bathroom - no shampoo, no conditioner, no shower gel. Rooms are 'tired' and in desperate need of renovation. The balcony that cost me an extra $200 per week is so tiny that you can't even spread your arms there. Breakfast is literally the same every day. Excursions are pricy: except for the shipwreck, we made all the others twice as cheaper when we moved to another island for the rest of our vacation. Waters next to the hotel are shallow and hardly reach the middle of a hip. If you forgot to take your swimming slippers, please accept my condolences: it will be extremely painful to enter the ocean.

Everything was perfect, Rakeedhoo is a peaceful island and Tranquil Nest is the same. The staff and all the locals are just so kind!

Fabulous stay here. Just what I needed after a noisy trip to Dhiffushi. Great staff, lovely rooms (I had a seaview and balcony), stunning location. Especially loved seeing dolphins.

There aren't really any negatives. The menu is a bit limited but that's to be expected for a small property.
