Semaya Beach Resort

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans ce sublime hôtel. La vue depuis les chambres est à couper le souffle, la piscine privée est immense, les chambres sont d’un confort incomparable (le lit fait 2,30m !!!). Nous ne sommes pas fan des salles de bain extérieurs à cause de la chaleur et des insectes, mais celle ci est tellement bien faite que nous avions l’impression d’être à l’intérieur, c’est très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriants et de bonne humeur. C’était un véritable bonheur de séjourner la bas, nous reviendrons !!

The staff were lovely but kind of felt like they were constantly watching us. We got engaged on a boat while we stayed there, when we went back the manager suggested champagne to celebrate (we dont drink it but said yes anyway thinking it was complementary but we later got charged when we checked out) Alcohol and food was expensive compared to other places on Nusa Pendina. We ended up getting a bottle and drank in our room. Third time staying at Nusa Penida because we love it so much. Would I go back no. We stayed at budget places and nice places and maybe we are more suited for budget. In saying this... I have been home for 3 weeks now and am hanging to be back over there. Its very far out of town, and thier rides are expensive to be picked up from the habour. Rooms were nice but when i was trying to have a bath a sewage smell kept floating over. Rooms were really far away from everything and you need to call the reception to be picked up and dropped off each time to your room which was a pain. We go a ocean view room but the new restaurant covered most of our view.

Unfortunately we ordered lamb rack medium cooked came out raw was sent back to kitchen although still was unable to eat as it did not have any meat on it at all . The price of the food and drinks was very expensive all the taxes were very high . I don’t mind paying high prices if the quality is high . The mini bar was not restocked correctly when we arrived and had a bag of nuts already eaten . The cocktails were only half a glass not great for the price . I kept to the Indonesian dishes after my first experience with western dish .. breakfast was amazing although not consistent. Some food on the menu was not available which was a disappointment. They need to update it .

Everything about this hotel was exceptional — from the facilities and staff to the food. After staying at more than 100 hotels, I can honestly say this was the best one. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

The location is a bit remote yet perfectly situated for relaxation at a wonderful hotel. It’s ideal if you want to unwind in peace. Plus, the hotel offers a wide range of activities that can be easily booked on-site.

The staff hospitality was absolutely outstanding! Special thanks to Operational Manager I Wayan Murjana, front desk Wina and team member Ivan. They were extremely attentive, warm, polite and made us feel truly welcome throughout our peaceful, relaxing stay.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The entire stay was perfect, zero disappointments at all.

I don’t have enough words to describe how beautiful this hotel is; the facilities are simply spectacular. However, what truly makes this place unique is its wonderful staff. Without a doubt, they are the most helpful and kindest people we have ever met! We want to give a very special thanks to ¡Dipa!, who was absolutely attentive to every single detail and everything we needed at all times. They even perfectly coordinated our round-trip transfers between Bali and Nusa Penida, staying in constant contact with us via WhatsApp. True 10/10 service! We stayed in a room with a private pool, which the team beautifully filled with flowers for us—it was a truly magical and spectacular experience! The entire staff in charge of decoration, housekeeping, and room service was exceptional. Our honeymoon couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you for making this trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!
