Dear booking, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at Olive Hitel Bishkek. My experience was far below expectations, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. On the first day of our stay, my partner accompanied me to the room to help me unpack and organize my belongings. At that time, we were informed that having a guest for up to one hour was allowed. Based on this information, my partner joined me briefly before we left the hotel. However, the next afternoon, when we returned to the hotel to prepare for a dinner reservation, the staff denied my partner entry to the room. Despite my efforts to clarify that we had been allowed a guest previously, the staff refused to acknowledge the prior communication. Furthermore, when I requested to see the hotel’s policy, I was not provided with any documentation. The staff also brought up the manager, who was unavailable, and eventually, the previous staff member, Rita, contradicted herself and became offensive and rude. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply offensive. It was clear that there was a lack of consistency in the hotel’s policies and communication, and the staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable. My partner and I were made to feel unwelcome and disrespected. I sincerely hope that you will take these concerns seriously and ensure that your policies are clearly communicated to both staff and guests. I also hope that no future guests have to endure the same unpleasant treatment. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to your hotel and will be sharing my feedback on review platforms. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. Отель приятный и красиво украшенный. В номере удобные кровать и подушка, везде чисто, простые, но вкусные завтраки. Есть все нужные сервисы, администратор помогал с решением всех вопросов.

Некомфортное, холодное освещение, wi-fi часто отключался.

Очень атмосферно и уютно, вкусные завтраки, отзывчивый персонал

Отсутствие зубной пасты, немного напрягает

Чудесный эко-отель! Странно, что он так себя не позиционирует. Много зелени в холе и конференц-зале, работает на солнечных батареях, нет одноразовой посуды, вода из кулера, сбор батареек и макулатуры. Мне, как экоголику и sustainable маркетологу это вадно. Симпатичный дизайн, хорошие завтраки, очень приветливый и грамотный персонал. В моем номере очень слабо работал вайфай (угловой), это единственный минус. Но мне предложили бесплатно воспользоваться конференц-залом для рабочих звонков.
