Fortune Guest house

The host was living right in the hotel. The conditions were not good. The balcony door was opened and could not lock. We showed this to the host upon our arrival, however it could not be fixed. There was no warm water in the property. We were 3 persons, stayed there for 3 nights and could not take a shower even once. We informed the host about it, however it could not be fixed for the duration of our stay. There is no AC at the property either. Since we arrived in Lisbon at 11:00 am, we called the host to check if we could let our luggage there and if we could have a possible early check in. The Host asked us to pay 5 euros/ person for an early check in at 11:30 am, which we did already.

Not having a warm water to take a shower was our biggest concern. As well as, having an unlocked balcony door, which was not good for the February weather condition of the cold weather, including also the street noices.

noi avevamo la stanza senza la finestra che ahimè a lisbona è rara come cosa. per soggiorni brevi è quasi fattibile

The location is good and it is a clean house, we are glad to stay here.

Recepção muito boa

The staff was very polite, friendly and fun to work with. He really looked after me and my children. I loved the idea of the rooms being very spacious, very strong internet connection and just the feel of staying in an old building with some modern touches.

Well, the kitchen hob didn’t look great even though it worked. The fridge also could’ve been a little bit bigger or more organized.
