INThe front office staff was to rude .Hk and services staff were good both were from Rajasthan they were very polite ..I think front office staff should take training from them..

INNothing, they have just taken advantage of World Cup matches.
They are showing the entire building as hotel, but they have just taken some 2 floors , that too some offices in commercial premises and started hotel. The construction is not complete.Hand spray of the toilet was leaking. Cleaning wasn’t done with hygienic towels. Washrooms smelling badly. No breakfast room ready. No sufficient spoons and plates. Toilet rolls were over. Manager of the hotel is very arrogant.

Although they provide complimentary breakfast, they do not have a working kitchen. Breakfast options are limited. It took them 1.5 hours and multiple calls to serve the breakfast.
