Please note that guests above 18 years are required to send a copy of photo ID after booking and before check in. We finally finished renovating the back part of the apartment. A new living room that has a sofabed, and also we fixed a new sleeping space over the kitchen.

Excellent location; quite close to bus stop for exploring all the island AND for getting to and from the airport. There's a lift to/from the airport entrance lobby to the underground car park outside of which is the bus stop. Handy shop just up the road called "Joker" Hot water and heating all good. Oven and hob meant we could cook meals: a lot cheaper than restaurants although there's an excellent Asian takeaway just down the hill. Nitty Gritty restaurant is good for a splurge. Things to do. We enjoyed visits to the two university museums, ride up the cable car on a clear day, walking round town and shops, seeing the architecture (converted warehouses) and the harbour. Good tourist office. Most of the tours (Whales, Reindeer, Aurora, Fiords) are expensive at £80 - £100 pp but worth it or why come here?!

Nowhere to hang clothes in one bedroom but we stacked them on the stairs. Owner says when they get a chance they'll fix.it.
