- The hotel rooms are clean - Sttaff are cheerful - so close to the south gate of Al massjid A nabawi - there is a Gym

- the food is the biggest issue, the quality is bad, low cost cheap products - the restaurant is understaffed, tou may find 1 person doing 3 pple tasks which generates bottlenecks along with bad to medium service quality
