"everything is fine"

Room size is good...Hotel location is very Good its easy to find a googole map ..Has lift facility..A.C, Geyser etc r working good. Staff is good. Food was served well in time and tasty too...I have extended the stay in this hotel.

Absolutely nothing. The staff tried to help.

Dirty. Unclean. Unhygienic. Stained bedsheets. Lizards in the Rooms and bathrooms. Cobwebs on the walls. Bedbugs. Absolutely horrendous.
