Rooms and the whole building smell like cigarette.

Uncomfortable beds. Cigarette smells seeped into the room via the bathroom. Broken door lock. Wall power outlet unusable. No restaurant ( but mentioned in the description). No room service.
PLWe were offered a late checkout without additional costs.
The photos in the offer do not come from the facility, this felt like a deceit. We found multiple hairs on the towels and the bedsheets were dirty. It was loud during the night and we heard some disturbing screams. The location in not nice and transportation options are limited.
Best value for money if you travelling to Jeonju via bus. Located only about 50m from the Bus Terminal.
