"Excellent"

The apartment we stayed in was very nice. It was furnished with all of the essentials (towels, soap, kitchen , etc.). Check in was effortless and the hosts were not overbearing. There was also a daily email from the hosts checking on our satisfaction at each step and ordering additional accommodations to make things more comfortable.

The sauna and steam rooms were both down. The first floor bedroom window screen and ceiling fan light was broken.

Everything was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is equipped with everything needed to make the stay very comfortable. The location is perfect—nestled in the mountains with a beautiful view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Without thinking twice, I would return to this beautiful place.
