Μπαλκόνι με θέα που κόβει την ανάσα!! Μέσα το σπίτι άνετο, ευρύχωρο με τις κατάλληλες παροχές!! Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στον ιδιοκτήτη κ.Δημήτρη ο οποίος στάθηκε στο πλευρό μας σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστηκαμε!!Ευγενεστατος!! Σίγουρα όταν πάμε ξανά η διαμονή στο KD Luxury είναι μονόδρομος!!

We could not park close to the door - and everything was at a distance

We very much appreciated the calmness of the neighbourhood. The house is located in the old part of the town on a very narrow passage, so, keep in mind that the gps does not work in thiw condition. Also, one has to park the car on one of the nearby streets. Because of this setting, though in a busy tourist period, we absolutely heard no car or motorbike noises. However, the house's main advantage is its spectacular view; from the veranda as well as the living room, one has the sensation of looking over the surrounding sea, the islands and the entire town of Ermioni from the deck of a boat. The house was pleasantly cool, this being a result of the ample ventilation through its many openings; no need to turn on the ACs (which, by the way, worked just fine). The kitchen is equipped with all sorts of appliances and utensils, plus, the host had put cold water for us in the fridge in sufficient amount.

It would be nice if the bathroom was a bit spacier.
