Albergo San Michele

Das Hotel liegt nur 1 km vom Bahnhof entfernt, sehr zentral direkt neben der Basilika Madonna di Tirano. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig - man hört recht viel aus den Nachbarzimmern, besonders frühmorgens beim Abreisen und das Zuschlagen der Türen.

The breakfast was substantial, and the dining room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of the train station, and nicely situated near the square, with bars and restaurants.

We didn’t realise there were two flights of stairs to climb (we are fairly elderly). The hostess kindly helped carry our luggage.

Camere spaziose e pulite. Bagno direi nuovo. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione classica abbondante. Possibilità di cenare.

Struttura pulita e nuova Posizione ottima per il Bernina Express Il Ristorante offre cucina locale ben fatta , abbondante e ad un prezzo più che onesto. Bagno nuovissimo e doccia molto grande

Trovandosi su di una piazza centrale c'è un passaggio quasi continuo di tir, ma lo abbiamo notato perché a causa del caldo assurdo di questa estate, abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte, e cmq non si può attribuire una colpa alla struttura. Aggiungerei solo portasapone all'interno della doccia e un paio di cuscini un po più duri nelle camere per alternarli a quelli decisamente troppo morbidi in dotazione
