Studio apartman Mia

Apartment is on the main square hence absolutely central for anybody wanting to sightsee . Old upper town is 5-8 min walk , main market just 150 meters away, Ilica shopping road also just 100 meters away and main square with tram connections take you anywhere . Apartment although small is nicely renovated , with simple minimalist but tasteful decor .

Apartment is in charming old building with inner courtyard which is typical of historic building. To bear in mind that apartment is situated under the roof hence final steps are secure but very narrow and spiral. Prior to that there are huge stairs to 2nd floor. Wanting to say , if you have issue walking or are elderly or have big luggage , may be bit harder . I had 1 piece of medium size luggage and struggled a bit. If you travel light with backpack or small suitcase is fine.

Stan je fino opremljen, ves masina u kupaonici, kuhinja je odlicno opremljena, sve je uredno i cisto, udoban krevet i jako cozy ambijent. Marija je jako ljubazna i susretljiva, detaljne upute za ulazak u stan smo dobili sto je bilo super.

Jedina i najveca stvar je neugodan miris koji dolazi iz kupaonice kojeg ne mozes ne primijetiti. Nama nije toliko smetalo ali bitno je navesti. Takodjer za osobe sa vecom prtljagom je malo zahtjevnije popesti se do apartmana jer su uske stepenice do potkrovlja. Nama je sve bilo odlicno a ove male stvari nisu nam predstavljale veliki problem ali nekome su mozda bitna informacija.

Modern, comfortable apartment, beautifully located with efficient and friendly check-in and out processes.

The number and steepness of stairs will not suit all tastes/levels of mobility.

The location is absolutely incredible! The heating floor in the bathroom is such a cool idea. Marija was so helpful and gave us a detailed explanation of how to get into the apartment. Thanks a bunch!

The place could have been a bit tidier. There were a few spider webs here and there, but the towels and sheets were spotless and smelled amazing. Oh, and the apartment is a bit tricky to get into because of the steep stairs. That’s just the way it is in old European buildings.
