The customer service is excellent. I left one jacket in the hotel, since we travelled to the next destination, I could not pick the jacket up. The staff contacted me and helped with posting the jacket to my address then. Thank you so much. The rooms are big enough for 5 people.

"Great location, comfy room with peep of view"

Great location a block away from the main road so nice and quiet but still an easy walk to beach, restaurants and ferry etc. Rooms have been redecorated since we last stayed - very pleasant and spacious. Free coffee from the on-site caravan every morning!

Access was up stairs which didn't bother us but some might find a bit difficult, but I am sure the staff would help if asked.
