Our expectations were met above and beyond with our room and need’s as we wished, my whānau and I were so very grateful for the way we were kindly treated and well looked after during our stay! Beautiful room that had everything you need, comfy beds and a beautiful view of the beach! Highly recommend 10/10 if ever we are back there we will definitely return. Thank you team for taking the best care of us 🙏🏽

Angela is a fantastic host. She gave us lots of information about the area and booked us onto the most amazing sailing trip. The views from our room were amazing and it was close to the town.

"Ideal base for exploring the Bay of Islands"

Great location in a quieter part of Paihia town but only a short walk to the beach, wharf and plenty of restaurants. Clean, comfortable and very spacious room with a well equipped kitchenette. All the staff were really friendly but Angela did a great job of welcoming us and advising us on good restaurants and local activities. A boat trip around the Bay of Islands is a must do during your stay and can be booked via reception. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra night.
