First of all I like the staff behavior they are so friendly and kind Spechially the pepole who work in reception and especially the turkish lady her name zahra i thing they are so good and ready to help

It’s in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. It has its own parking space that is very convenient since parking in Tivat is a bit challenging. The staff were incredible and the host wanted to carry my suitcase which I told her I really appreciated it and I did it myself.

There was nothing that I dislike. Everything was just great

The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. While the room generally looks like the photos, the overall quality and maintenance standards fall far below what I expected. The biggest issue was cleanliness. I even found dirty underwear left in the closet by a previous guest, which immediately raised concerns about the level of housekeeping throughout the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were among the worst I have ever encountered in a hotel. Instead of providing proper support, they felt as though they were filled with separate pieces of foam rather than actual pillow filling, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also noticed small holes in the bedspread, which further contributed to the feeling that the property is not being properly maintained. The breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very basic and did not feel worth paying for. During my stay, the hotel hosted two 18th birthday celebrations. To reach the rooms, guests had to walk through the parties, which were extremely loud and disruptive. The morning after the events, the breakfast area still contained decorations and remnants from the parties, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned. Some leftover food from the celebrations appeared on the breakfast buffet, but much of it looked dried out, as though it had been left uncovered overnight. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff, who were friendly and professional. However, good staff cannot compensate for poor housekeeping, inadequate maintenance, and the overall lack of attention to guest comfort. Management needs to make significant improvements before I could recommend this hotel.
