"Pésimo actitud y pésima actitud de servicio."

Ofrecen habitaciónes con servicios que no tienen, hicimos check in y nos informaron que como no hicimos la reserva con ellos no teníamos habitacion con Aire Acondicionado. La gente de recepción como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Pésimo trato.

Buen hotel para viaje de trabajo o descanso corto. Personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con aire acondicionado. El desayuno incluido es muy completo y el servicio del restaurante es excelente. La ubicación y relación calidad-precio. Aunque algunas áreas lucen un poco antiguas, todo está bien mantenido. Recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad sin gastar de más.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el Hotel Soleil Celaya. El servicio fue impecable desde el momento en que llegamos; el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno superó mis expectativas, con opciones variadas y de muy buena calidad. Las habitaciones estaban siempre limpias y bien cuidadas, lo cual se agradece mucho. Además, las camas eran muy cómodas, ideales para descansar después de un día largo. Sin duda, volveré y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La atención del personal y la limpieza del lugar es muy bueno, cuenta con estacionamiento seguro y muy buen servicio en el restauran

A las habitación no le funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el control remoto de la televisión.
