"15 dias en hotel adecuado, pero no repetible."

La habitación era amplia y confortable. Las mucamas y chica del restaurante, amables y dispuestas a ayudar.

El personal de recepción, el personal es muy poco amable y pocas veces receptivos a solicitudes hechas por el huésped. El primer día en que salía a trabajar y necesite ducharme, el agua se corto en todo el hotel, llegué tarde a trabajar por esperar a que llegué el agua ,la cual llego con 3 horas de retraso, pedí una compensación,( como dejar más botellas de agua, un desayuno gratis,etc.) pero jamás me respondieron. Otro día no hicieron el aseo en mi habitación, pero lo mas importante no dejaron reposición de agua ni café, reclamé por ello y no querían darme lo necesario me decían que si necesitaba agua yo debía conseguirla yendo al restaurante y con cargo extra!, tras seguir con mis reclamos me llevaron agua a la habitación, pero fue muy desagradable ese momento.

La Ubicacion, La Limpieza de la Habitacion, el tamaño de la habitacion, La alberca, las instalaciones, y el costo.

Un Detalle sumamente importante, y ojala tomen cartas en el asunto los administradores del Hotel. Por la noche alguien fue a tocar a nuestra habitacion, solicitando las lleves del automovil, contestamos que no traiamos automovil, entonces nos dijo que iba a entregar el pedido que habiamos hecho, No habiamos pedido nada, insistio pero no abrimos la puerta. Sucedio como a las 23:30 hrs.
