Georgian Town House

Perfect size property for our group of 5 adults and 5 children. Centrally located which made it very easy to explore Ilfracombe on foot. Would recommend.

The hosts were able to accommodate a late booking as we had been let down by another host. Had the potential to ruin my wife's 60th celebration! Booked at 13:00 and walked through the door at 18:00. Spotlessly clean and so well equipped. Everything you need is present. Location is also so good for exploring Ilfracombe. Private parking within 100 metres was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Distance to car park, but nothing can be done about that

The house was great! Lots of bathrooms which is great when there’s quite a few of you. Also loved the cinema room on the top floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. We had a small heating issue when we arrived and within an hour the owners had visited and organised for it to be fixed.

Unfortunately, nothing to do with the actual house but one of the houses in the small street had a party with extremely loud music, karaoke and for some reason had all their windows open. Not ideal when you have babies.

Facilities within the property, location to Ilfracombe harbour and local car parking spaces especially handy for family member with limited mobility

Steep steps within the property but we managed with putting family member with limited mobility on the first floor

Great location, ensuite in every bedroom, well-equipped kitchen

Cinema room lacked a DVD player and the PS3 controllers didn't work so we couldn't use it
