Location, nothing Else wasnt worth of mentioning

- TV IS not working, screen seems damaged - there is no water pressure in the shower - we managed to lock ourselves to balcony for 1,5h with no possibility to enter our Room ( door locks went on at balcony ) and no help possibility cause 2nd floor and behind The building - we tried to buy late checkout from cashier and he Said not possible , not because fullhouse but because cleaning employe dont want to stay longer , and at The cashier there is sign that says 100k Kip per House Wide smile doesnt cover damaged done by false marketing

La posizione della struttura è ottima. Gli scuri delle finestre ti fanno stare davvero al buio se ti da fastidio la luce esterna. La camera in sé molto grande, ma comunque va un po risistemata, non rispecchia a pieno la descrizione online. La colazione era servita e non a buffet, quindi potevi ordinare uova, pan cake e un pasto tipico loro, poi ti arrivava frutta, pane burro e marmellata, in ogni caso niente di stupefacente ma buono. Il ragazzo dello staff è stato molto gentile e cordiale, sempre a disposizione cosi come anche il proprietario, devo dire che sull'accoglienza sono stati impeccabili e disponibili in tutto.

La nostra stanza era troppo attaccata alla reception e a dove vivevano i proprietari (credo). Al mattino sentivi tutte le conversazioni e inevitabilmente eri costretto a svegliarti per il rumore. In bagno abbiamo chiesto il cambio asciugamani perché le abbiamo sporcate e ci hanno cambiato solo quelle della doccia, c'era un solo spazzolino cortesia ed eravamo in due, il lavabo perdeva acqua e il bagno era così attaccato alla reception che non ti sentivi proprio a tuo agio mentre eri in bagno. Diciamo che la struttura è un po datata ma comunque nel complesso una buona struttura. Paragonata a tutte le altre in cui sono stato purtroppo non posso considera oltre la sufficienza.

Die Lage wäre sehr gut, wenn nicht die riesige Langzeit-Baustelle davor wäre. Die wenigen Zimmer mit Balkon auf die Straße sind gut, die meisten anderen sind eher finster.

The room was okay with enough space, and the bathroom was quite big and comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay.

However, there is no room service offered. Even when we requested some drinks to be brought to the room, the staff asked if we could come down instead. Also, the room is not soundproof — you can hear people walking and talking in the next rooms, as well as noise from the road, including motorbikes.

Quiet street. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was not good. The room wasn't as expected; I reserved a room with a city view. The balcony was up against the neighboring building with no view. Bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioner leaked water and dropped on the floor all night.

Location is super. One street away from the Main Street but super quiet. Breakfast was good enough with nice river view. Great value for money. Staff helpful. Overall would recommend especially for the price of around £25 pn which I paid.

Overall I would recommend for the price but a few things as feedback or for travellers to be aware of. The balcony room photos were a little misleading as my view was basically just a wall (see photo) so I never used the balcony. WiFi was a bit hit and miss but ok overall. The construction that is outgoing didn’t disturb my stay but does make the river side a little less beautiful. It was kinda interesting stint watching them though. Think they are protecting the area from flooding so moving rocks. Not too noisy. Despite the area mostly being very quiet you will have morning woken up by cockerels with their cockadoodledoing. It’s nice in that it’s part of the vibe and maybe it’s everywhere in the town but just mentioning. Overall these are all minor issues and overall I really enjoyed my stay.

L'emplacement.

Le petit déjeuner est décevant: pas de vrai café, les nouilles lyophilisés, du pain blanc industriel. La chambre qui donne d'un côté sur la rue bryuante, de l'autre côté sur la réception. La clim qui fuyait. L'evier de la salle de bain tres très bas.
