Butas tvarkingas,naujai suremontuotas, švarus, bute viskas yra ko gali prireikti. Prie pat danės upės, šalia kavinės, senoji perkėla. :)

Rekonstrukcijos darbai, nuo 8 ryto jau triukšmas buvo ir už lango statybininkai vaikščiojo. :D Bet buvome ispėti, tai viskas gerai. ☺️

Great location in the centre, nice large flat after reconstruction.

House is under reconstruction now, so balcony and view not available, hot water outages. But will be superb when finished.

"Perfect location"

Amazing location, close to City Centre and all attractions

No conditioner so I had to leave the windows open but it was too noisy to sleep. Construction work so on the day we were told that we can't use the balcony and no hot water. Won't suit people that don't like climbing - 5th floor
